Shipping Policy (for German/EU Customers)

Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Domestic shipments (within Germany) usually take 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • EU shipments generally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
    Delays due to customs, postal strikes, or extraordinary circumstances are outside our control.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated.

Tracking Your Order:
For shipments with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to monitor your package’s progress.

Risk and Delivery:
The risk of loss or damage to items passes to you upon shipment from our warehouse. Please check your package upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or missing items.

International Shipping:
Currently, we ship to all EU countries. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance for shipping options and customs/import duties information.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
