Return and Refund Policy (for German/EU Customers)

Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period via [email/contact form]. You may use our withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Return of Goods:
You have 14 days from the day of withdrawal to return the items to us in their original condition and packaging. Please handle the products with care. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Exceptions:
Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry (designed pendants), custom or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the original payment method used during purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
